Process Mining Consultant
Qualifications:
- MBA from Tier 1 B-school
- 2+ years of experience with understanding of process mining
- Hands-on experience of identifying value opportunities using any Process Mining tool, such as Celonis and so on
- Certified expertise as functional value architect for process discovery and mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Gold
- Conceptual understanding of as-is processes in supply chain and ability to design to-be process
- Experience with automation solutions will be a plus
- Knowledge of data collection approach, data cleansing, data modelling, process discovery, process analysis and insights
- Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage automation tools to help improve business processes and outcomes.
- Identify improvement opportunities, create business cases and build transformation roadmap introducing digital enablers, including automation, to drive efficiency improvements and better customer experience.
- Develop business requirements for the implementation of technology solution for the client.
- Demonstrate an intellectual curiosity for working with digital design, prototyping and large scale Intelligent automation transformations, pulling in relevant team members to address identified – and sometimes undiscovered – client needs
