Sourcing and Procurement Process Manager (Career Level 7)
Practice: Strategy & Consulting – Supply Chain & Operations
Location: Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines (Open to cross-country relocation)
Role Overview
Join Strategy & Consulting to help global organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains. As a Career Level 7 Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, design end-to-end transformation roadmaps, and lead mid-to-large delivery teams to build resilient, tech-enabled sourcing and procurement ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Establish trust with client C-suites, understand business priorities, and co-create digital transformation agendas.
- Project Delivery: Lead high-impact sourcing programs including strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, and responsible procurement frameworks.
- Technology Implementation: Redesign business processes and guide Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform deployments using SAP Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, or Jaggaer.
- Team Leadership: Coach team members through process maturity assessments, technology evaluations, data migrations, cutovers, and hypercare activities.
- Business Growth: Drive practice revenue by originating deals, designing innovative solutions, and building proprietary Accenture assets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years (13+ years for Senior Manager ) in a top-tier consulting firm or within a corporate Sourcing & Procurement function.
- Industry Focus: Deep domain knowledge in Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Hi-Tech, E-Commerce, Automotive, or Oil & Gas.
- Functional Track Record: Minimum of 2 projects executed as a Functional Process Consultant managing large-scale S2P software deployments.
- Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management, including planning, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Core Skills: Expert program management, data analytics, C-suite presentation capabilities, and empathetic team leadership.
