JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist with 5+ years of experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer who can develop marketing plans, provide recommendations, execute campaigns, and analyse results across SEO, content, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, webinars, and video content
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Identify opportunities to increase online visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Create and manage content strategies, calendars, and marketing campaigns.
- Own the bi-weekly newsletter, including developing copy or enhancing existing drafts.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies and messaging.
- Plan, organise, and execute webinars and online events, including promotion and follow-up.
- Develop concepts and create or coordinate video and multimedia content.
- Provide strategic guidance on messaging, content, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise campaigns and strategies.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging opportunities, including AI-powered marketing solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or a related role.
- Strong experience in both marketing strategy and hands-on execution.
- Demonstrated experience in several of the following:
- SEO and organic search
- Content strategy and creation
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email/newsletter marketing
- Webinars and online events
- Video content creation
- Digital campaigns
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to turn recommendations into actionable campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and take ownership of projects.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Suite, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs,
- LinkedIn, Canva, CapCut, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and AI marketing tools is an advantage.
