Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process food products according to established procedures and production schedules.
- Operate, monitor, and clean food processing equipment and machinery.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package, label, and store products accurately and efficiently.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues to supervisors.
- Complete required production and quality control documentation.
- Assist with inventory handling and stock rotation when needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of a bachelor's degree or a technical/vocational course.
- Preferably with experience in food processing, manufacturing, or production is an advantage
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule.
