Manager, Process Excellence

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks a Manager of Process Excellence in Manila to lead the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of commercial and service-delivery processes across Global Business Services. This leadership role bridges business strategy with operational execution, driving end-to-end process optimization, automation opportunities, and measurable performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes across Global Business Services functions
- Develop process architecture, maps, workflows, controls, and ownership models; identify bottlenecks and simplification opportunities
- Conduct cross-functional process reviews, design workshops, and establish governance standards and performance measures
- Build and manage portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives with defined scope, benefits, risks, and execution plans
- Partner with digital and automation teams to translate process improvements into system enhancements and scalable solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in process design, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end process design or improvement initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, influence without formal authority, and lead workshops
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; excellent written and verbal communication
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
