Machine Operator (Flexo, Diecut, etc. for manufacturing of corrugated boxes)

- Operate and oversee flexographic printing and die-cutting machines in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes.
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process to meet industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to food safety protocols and quality standards to maintain product integrity.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment
- Skills and Competencies: Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
