Operations Manager of Shipping

Description - Oversee daily operations of shipping processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
- Monitor shipment timelines and resolve issues that arise during transportation.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline shipping operations.
- Manage a team of shipping personnel, providing training and support as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in shipping or logistics management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with potential for long hours during peak seasons.
