It brings together the expertise of several construction firms to undertake civil works such as road development, structural construction, and other engineering activities. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed Registered Nurse
• At least 3 years of nursing experience (construction or occupational health is a plus).
• Knowledgeable in using MS Word and Excel.
• Skilled in first aid and emergency care.
• Familiar with construction safety procedures.
• Can prepare and submit annual medical reports (DOLE Form OH-47).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Give first aid and emergency care to workers on-site.
• Check workers’ health regularly and ensure they are fit to work.
• Maintain first aid kits, medical supplies, and employee health records.
• Conduct safety and first aid training for workers.
• Promote good health and prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Record and report all accidents, treatments, and incidents.
• Work with the safety team to improve workplace safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and policies.
• Organize wellness programs and provide health support.
• Create emergency response plans and lead drills.
