Job description We are looking for a Bilingual customer service representative who is a passionate, outgoing, and resourceful professional who is willing to go the extra mile for our customers and whose self-reliant and proactive nature can provide a steady pace of growth for the company. Job Requirements:
- Spanish & English literacy. (Chavakano who can understand Spanish can apply)
- Must be willing to relocate and work on-site in our Ma-a, Davao City office
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in Sales.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence level to communicate with international customers
- Has the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
