Salary: Php30,000 – Php35,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative work
- Knowledgeable in processing AEP/visa, DOLE, BI, PEZA
- Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing industry.
- Willing to work fully on-site
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing employment permits and visas for foreign employees
- Handling and controlling foreigner documentation, manage expat-related requirements, and arrange business trip
- Ensuring compliance with labor and immigration laws.
- Maintaining accurate and updated employee records.
- Arranging hotel accommodations and transportation for visitors.
- Assisting and support internal departments with various administrative needs
- Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness
