Social Media & Outreach Officer (WFH)

SuperStaff is seeking a strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager and Outreach Expert to lead our digital presence, social campaigns, and outbound marketing initiatives. This role will own the cross-platform social content calendar, drive creative growth and content repurposing strategies, manage targeted email and LinkedIn lead generation, and serve as the authentic digital voice of our brand to drive qualified traffic and enterprise pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work towards becoming the marketing “expert” for SuperStaff by understanding the brand’s voice, positioning, audience, and evolving market needs.
• Brainstorm and develop creative marketing and growth strategies to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate new opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments, agencies, freelancers, and vendor partners to execute these initiatives.
• Stay current with trends in social media, outbound marketing, and emerging technologies. Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and improve marketing strategies, conversion points, and user funnels.
• Develop and manage social media strategies and content across key platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Own the content calendar, campaign direction, community engagement, and performance optimization.
• Monitor social media insights and campaign metrics, categorize content performance, and prepare regular post-campaign and performance reports to guide future strategies.
• Manage social media communications and ensure appropriate messaging is delivered across channels. Respond to customer questions and comments, support promotional activities, and identify social networking opportunities while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Regularly create and repurpose different types of content, including social media posts, email campaigns, white papers, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain accurate, segmented lead databases for targeted outbound campaigns. Use relevant data tools to source and verify contact information, maintain data integrity, and support effective campaign targeting.
• Execute cold email campaigns using marketing automation platforms and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences to drive top-of-funnel engagement. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, responses, and other performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Help develop more advanced outbound funnels, nurturing flows, and scaled automation processes as the function grows, in alignment with sales and business objectives.
• Take on new marketing projects as needed and provide additional marketing, communications, and related support periodically.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in digital marketing, with strong experience in organic social media management and outbound lead generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A 4-year degree is required.
• Proven B2B marketing experience is required, with experience in the BPO/outsourcing industry or working with international, particularly US/North American, markets highly preferred.
• Proven track record of B2B lead generation and outbound marketing, particularly through LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns targeting C-level and managerial audiences in international markets.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Business Suite, and email automation/sales engagement platforms such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including content calendar management, cold email sequencing, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and social/email performance analysis.
• Ability to develop and own cross-platform marketing campaigns and outbound strategies with a high level of independence, from planning and execution through performance analysis and optimization.
• Strong ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Demonstrated success in digital marketing and lead generation, supported by quantifiable results and performance metrics.
