- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information in a professional manner.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
