Description
We are seeking a Healthcare AR Specialist / Medical Billing Representative with experience in US Healthcare accounts. The role involves reviewing medical claims, analyzing EOBs, following up on unpaid or denied claims, and ensuring accurate reimbursement from insurance providers. The ideal candidate has experience in Hospital Billing, Physician Billing, or AR Collections and is knowledgeable in healthcare billing processes and insurance systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and process medical claims for insurance reimbursement.
- Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and resolve claim discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and perform AR collection activities.
- Investigate denied, rejected, or underpaid claims and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Utilize healthcare billing systems and insurance platforms effectively.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines and company policies.
Job Requirements
- At least 1st Year College Undergraduate or High School Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of US Healthcare experience in Hospital Billing, Physician Billing, or AR Collections.
- Familiar with healthcare and insurance technologies.
- Knowledgeable in Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
- Experience handling CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
