Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: PHP 16,000 – PHP 31,000 per month
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer concerns through phone, chat, or email
- Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience
Qualifications
- High School or K-12 graduate
- With at least 1 year customer service-related work experience (not necessarily call center), or
- College undergraduate with more than 1 year completed in college, or
- College graduate ( no work experience required )
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
