Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives supporting a leading financial services account.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and entry-level applicants who want to build a career in the BPO industry. 100% paid training is provided to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with banking, credit card, and account-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate and professional information while delivering excellent customer service.
- Handle customer concerns, requests, and basic account management needs.
- Resolve issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Protect customer information and follow data privacy and security guidelines.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
- High school graduates, college undergraduates, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No BPO experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
