- Route Planning: Plan efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and destination locations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the vehicle in good working condition, including regular inspections and necessary maintenance.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to passengers or clients.
- Timeliness: Arrive at destinations on schedule and meet deadlines.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Professional Driver's License: Must have a valid professional driver's license.
- Medical Certification: Must have a "fit to work" medical certification if 53 years old or below.
- Drug Test Clearance: Must have a drug test clearance from an accredited Drug Testing Laboratory.
- NBI Clearance: Must have a valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) background check clearance.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
