Baking Technician

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting end-use testing of all finished flour products through various baking applications such as bread, noodles, cookies, lumpia wrappers, and other relevant products.
- Ensures product quality through daily baking evaluations, reporting any deviations, and supporting product release decisions in coordination with FSQ Analysts.
- Assists in validation of experimental studies, contributes to competitive product evaluations, maintains inventory of baking supplies, and upholds cleanliness and safety within the baking area.
- Close collaboration with the FSQ and Technical Support teams is essential to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Culinary Science, Baking Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing or Baking evaluation.
- Experience in end-use testing and flour-based product evaluation is an advantage.
