Mechanical Supervisor (Maintenance)

Refletech Corporation is seeking an experienced and hands-on Mechanical Leader to oversee our mechanical maintenance operations and support production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment. Tool and die experience is a significant plus and will support our precision-focused production environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Tool and die experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
