Building Maintenance Technician

Description - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize disruption.
- Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work with various hand and power tools
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments including outdoors and at heights
