Senior Financial Back Office Specialist (High Net Worth)

Position Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Back Office Specialist (High Net Worth) to join our Back Office Operations team. The Administrator will support high net worth product lines and will be responsible for reviewing and processing mutual fund transactions. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a structured environment while contributing to process improvements.

Your future duties and responsibilities
. Review and process mutual fund transactions accurately and efficiently
. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
. Maintain detailed documentation of transactions and reconciliations
. Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies, escalations, or operational issues
. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
. Collaborate with team members to provide backup support as needed
. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding transaction status and operational updates.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. Post secondary degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
. Completion of IFIC or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) (preferred, considered an asset)
. Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in financial services, back-office operations, fund administration, or investment operations
. Advanced knowledge of mutual fund operations, investment products, and financial industry processes, including plan types, tax regulations, and trade processing workflows
. Proven ability to interpret complex transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve operational issues efficiently
. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal control frameworks
. Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley, night shift schedule
