Renewals & Win-back Specialist (German Speakers)

- Manage the full lifecycle of contract renewals, from outreach to closure.
- Reconnect with previous clients to explore win-back opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Track renewal metrics and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written); English fluency required.
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and contract management systems is a plus.
