ASP.NET MVC Senior Manager

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.         

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural decisions for bespoke software projects. This role includes overseeing the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various teams is a key part of the daily routine, as is steering the team towards delivering solutions that align with organizational goals and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Promote best practices in software development and encourage continuous improvement within the team.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, MySQL Database Administration.
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and integration with back-end services.
- Ability to implement secure coding practices and ensure application security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
