Qualifications
SQL Specialist
Experience with SQL, database management, reporting, and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Digital Ads Specialist
Experience managing digital advertising campaigns
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar advertising platforms
GDS Travel Associate
Experience using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
Knowledge of travel booking, reservations, and ticketing
Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Healthcare account experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle healthcare-related inquiries and concerns
Banking & Finance Customer Service Representative
Experience in banking, financial services, or related accounts is an advantage
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage financial account concerns and inquiries
Telco Customer Service Representative
Experience in telecommunications accounts preferred
Ability to assist customers with billing, technical, and account-related concerns
Excellent communication skills
