Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Handle inbound queries (via phone, email, or chat) with enthusiasm and empathy. Provide accurate solutions to customer concerns regarding account inquiries, billing, or troubleshooting. Maintain high-quality standards by following account guidelines. Document customer interactions accurately in our system.
