Customer Service Representative (Travel Account)

Job Description We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Travel Account to assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and related services. You will provide accurate information, support reservations, and ensure a seamless experience for travelers. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information on travel services, bookings, schedules, and promotions
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, or package reservations
- Resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the system
- Escalate complex travel-related issues to supervisors when needed
- Maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comprehensive paid training on travel services and company systems
- Hands-on experience in travel-related customer service within the BPO industry
- Opportunities to develop communication, problem-solving, and customer support skills
- A dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Open to shifting schedules
