Sales Development Representative

Atticus Advisory Solutions

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Hybrid / US Time zone

Role Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ortigas, Pasig (with opportunities for work-from-home flexibility) for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). We are looking for highly driven, disciplined, and competitive individuals who thrive in a high-performance outbound sales environment.

This role is designed for individuals who are motivated by results, personal growth, and the opportunity to significantly increase their income through commissions.

As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be generating qualified opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. Success in this role requires high activity levels, resilience, and the discipline to execute daily outreach consistently.

Top performers in this role understand that consistent effort drives consistent results and are comfortable maintaining 100+ outbound dials per day while delivering professional, engaging conversations with prospects.

You will work closely with your Account Executive to build a healthy pipeline, identify qualified prospects, and help drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct 100+ outbound cold calls daily to generate and qualify sales opportunities

  • Engage decision-makers through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Identify business needs and position relevant solutions

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets

  • Maintain accurate outreach activity and pipeline updates using HubSpot CRM

  • Collaborate with your assigned Account Executive to convert opportunities into revenue

  • Research target markets and identify new potential clients

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Business Development doing outbound cold calling

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to consistently execute 100+ calls per day

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or activity targets

  • Ability to work in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment

  • Experience in ERP, SaaS, or software sales is a strong advantage

  • Must be willing to work onsite for the first 3 weeks (will transition to once a week onsite after training)

  • Must be amenable to work on a US Shift schedule
