The Sales Intern (OJT) will assist the Sales Team in daily operations, client coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks. This role provides students with hands-on experience in sales processes, customer service, and business operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Monitor and organize sales files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Assist in encoding and updating customer information.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree related to Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
