Chat Support Part-Time Temporary Contract Assignment

Department: Operations Prepared By: JET Account Manager Approved By: ___________________Position OverviewAs a Part-Time Chat Support Agent at Advanced Call Center Technologies, you will provide a best-in-class stakeholder and customer service experience across our global support networks. While the primary mode of support is live chat, the role also incorporates occasional outbound phone calls as part of the operational process for complex verifications, urgent coordination, and issue resolution.
This is a high-performance digital and voice support role requiring exceptional multitasking capabilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strict adherence to operational guidelines and compliance standards. Agents must maintain high productivity, quality, and concurrency standards while navigating fast-paced operational workflows.

Contract Duration: Temporary Contract Assignment for Five (5) Months Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLive Chat SupportProvide best-in-class support via live chat and other digital communication channels.
Perform occasional outbound phone calls when required by the process (not a 100% voice role).
Successfully handle multiple chat sessions concurrently while maintaining high engagement, fast response times, accurate issue resolution, and excellent customer experience.
Utilize internal technology, CRM tools, telephony systems, and support resources to efficiently manage customer interactions and multi-channel workflows.
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs established by management.
Stay current with process updates, training modules, and operational communications by actively participating in team huddles, meetings, and collaboration platforms such as Slack, email, and Google Meet.
Must be available to work part-time hours based on business requirements and assigned schedules.
Must be willing to work a flexible rotating schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
This role is a temporary five (5) month contract assignment and does not guarantee regular employment beyond the contract period.
Minimum of a Senior High School Diploma.
At least six (6) months of professional experience in chat support, customer service, technical support, or a multi-channel contact center environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills at a minimum B2 proficiency level.
Must be able to communicate confidently and professionally during occasional outbound phone interactions.
Average typing speed of approximately 30 to 35 words per minute with high accuracy and proper grammar.
Ability to manage multiple live conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, empathy, and problem-solving effectiveness.
Proficient in contact center chat platforms, CRM tools, telephony/dialer systems, and Google Workspace applications including Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Meet, and Slack.
