Schedule: Part-Time, Flexible (15-20 hours/week)
Compensation: Commission-Based + Cash Incentives

You Are:
- A 4-year graduate based in the Philippines.
- WFH-ready (good device & internet).
- Able to invest in your licensure & onboarding.
- Coachable with a positive attitude.
- Available for flexible hours and required trainings/meetings in Makati.
A Plus If You:
- Have sales or people skills.
- Can talk comfortably about money.
- Live near Makati.
- Are interested in finance.
- Are active on social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct virtual or FTF meetings to analyze clients' financial goals.
- Financial Needs Analysis: Design personalized insurance and investment plans.
- Relationship Building: Manage a portfolio of clients and provide long-term financial guidance.
- Market Growth: Use social media and networking to reach and educate potential clients.
- Professional Development: Attend weekly team huddles and skill-building sessions.
