Job Description:
The Accounting Supervisor will manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a commitment to ethical practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field such as Finance.
- Experience: CPA licensure is a plus but not necessary; experience in a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
- High leadership skills and a sound working relationship with peers, superiors, and internal/external auditors.
- Deep knowledge of accounting software and the ability to handle pressure, especially when preparing quarterly and annual reports.
- An innate sense of integrity and ethics in all financial practices.
