JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a closely related discipline). A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in quality control, quality assurance, or product inspection within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and quality management frameworks. Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 14001 is highly preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the quality of incoming raw materials, in-process assembly, and completed products to verify compliance with manufacturing standards. Perform routine quality checks, standard testing, and comprehensive product assessments aligned with engineering specifications and client expectations. Analyze quality discrepancies, determine root causes, and execute robust corrective and preventive action (CAPA) strategies. Compile and evaluate inspection metrics to generate performance reports for the leadership team. Maintain and support adherence to established quality systems, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable standards.
