Graduate of BS ECE or any equivalent course. Have experience in electronics manufacturing processes. With at least 1-2 years of experience as a QC Engineer. Well versed on all or any of the following is an advantage: o Problem-solving techniques o Specializing in monitoring, testing, and inspecting products to ensure specified standards. o Knowledgeable in Integrated Management System (IMS) o Knowledgeable in QC Tools such as but not limited to FMEA, 5 Why Analysis, and others is highly desirable. Benefits: 5 SL VL each 2 years: 7 SL and 7 VL 5 yrs: 12 SL and 12 VL HMO after 1 year for employee (no dependents) Retirement plan/program Bonus: 1x to 2x a year (Based on company profit) Merit increase yearly (Based on evaluation/performance) Regularization increase depending on evaluation result No shuttle, prefer living near Rosario CEZ Work schedule: Mon - Sat: Production-related section Production-related sections (incl QC) - Shifting 530am - 130pm, 130pm - 930pm, 930pm - 530am Mon - Fri: Support sections Support sections (QA, HR, Admin, PPIC, Acctg, etc.): Mon - Thurs 7 am to 6 pm; Fri 830 - 530 Interview process: Face-to-face interview
