Process Engineer Japanese SMT plant Rosario CEZ

(Back of Line) Graduate of BS ECE, EE, or any related course. With hands-on experience in manual soldering, rework, and repair of PCBs. With experience in process improvement, yield improvement, and defect reduction. Ability to work with production, quality, and design teams. With strong ability to read and understand electronics schematics, PCB drawings and BOMs. With experience in jig and fixture design using SolidWorks or other CAD tools. (SMT Process) With experience in SMT manufacturing and process Engineering With strong knowledge of SMT Processes: solder paste printing, pick & place, reflow soldering. Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and BOMs Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Experience in yield improvement, defect reduction, and process optimization. Willing to work on shifting schedules.
