Description - Oversee and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members on service protocols and menu offerings.
- Manage reservations and guest seating to optimize the dining experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction during their dining experience.
- Maintain inventory of dining supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2–4 years of experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with flexible working hours.
