- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Maritime Transportation
- Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years at sea, with at least 1 year rank experience and in a leadership role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong navigation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Extended periods at sea, varied weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, decisiveness, and resilience under pressure.
