The Captain Waiter is responsible for overseeing the dining experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the waitstaff.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff
- Ensure high standards of service and hospitality
- Assist in training new staff
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership qualities
