Lead Backer (Remote Lead Management Specialist) Cyberbacker is looking for highly organized and tech-savvy professionals to join our team as a Lead Backer. In this role, you will manage lead flow, optimize CRM processes, and support agents by ensuring every opportunity is tracked, nurtured, and converted effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain leads within the CRM system Respond to inbound leads and assess their stage in the buying or selling journey Ensure immediate lead processing, including tagging, campaign activation, and agent assignment Build and maintain follow-up systems to support lead conversion Nurture leads through consistent email and text communication Monitor agent activity, productivity, and accountability Generate reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Google Sheets Manage databases, pipelines, referrals, and lead backups Coordinate CRM updates, training, and team announcements Upload leads to dialers and assist with appointment scheduling What We're Looking For Tech-savvy with strong CRM and systems aptitude Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Responsive, proactive, and dependable Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM platforms, lead management, or administrative support is an advantage Why Join Cyberbacker?
