Duties and Responsibilities Accounting Functions
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain and organize accounting records and files.
Finance Functions
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and company expenditures.
- Process payments to suppliers, vendors, and employees.
- Prepare and verify payroll-related reports as required.
- Assist in financial analysis and management reporting.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare government-mandated reports and assist in tax compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing management reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial concerns and documentation.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management
