Leads Generation Specialist

Description - Identify and target potential leads through various channels including cold calling and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and conversion initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Requirements
• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any course but Marketing and Business Management would be an advantage.
• Experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns.
• Background in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Experience on tele sales (cold calling) would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools.
