Position Title: Estimator/Project Coordinator
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 55,000 – Php 100,000
• Manage tenders from initial enquiry through to submission.
• Obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Price variations, project risks, contingencies, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and project requirements.
• Monitor project costs against estimates and flag potential overruns.
• Support projects from pre-construction through delivery and completion.
• Apply relevant NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and WHS requirements when estimating and coordinating projects.
• Conduct post-project cost reviews to improve future estimating accuracy.
• Work closely with the Australian team and business owner on project and commercial requirements. Qualifications as an Estimator/Project Coordinator: • 4–6 years of Australian construction industry experience in estimating and/or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end construction lifecycle, including estimating, pre-construction, procurement, delivery, variations, and completion.
• Broad experience across multiple construction trades and preferably residential, renovations, commercial, and/or remedial works.
• Strong knowledge of NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and Australian construction methodologies.
• Experience preparing take-offs, scopes, tenders, and subcontractor quote comparisons.
• Experience with construction management and digital take-off software; BuilderTrend and Cordell Estimator or equivalent are highly regarded.
• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or relevant construction qualification is preferred.
• Strong English communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Note: Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on a single trade should be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of the broader, end-to-end Australian construction process.
