Quality Assurance Specialist

- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality standards.
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Monitor testing processes and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in QA.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in quality control or operations management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quality control methods, operations management, and inventory management. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct quality assessments, maintain documentation, monitor inventory levels, and report findings to management.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional time in production areas; exposure to noise and machinery.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential.
