- Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist.
- Relevant training or certification from a barber school or cosmetology program.
- Proficiency in various haircutting techniques such as fades, tapers, and layering.
- Knowledge of grooming tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, and trimmers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail to ensure precise and high-quality results.
- Commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
