Position: Sales Associate (Lead Generation & Client Success)
Location: Makati, Philippines (Office-based)
Schedule: Aligns with Australian business hours
What you’ll do:
- Conduct outbound calls to Australian clients and prospects
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for our sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies
- Manage and report lead funnel performance
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of outbound sales or cold calling experience to Australia
- Recruitment or staffing industry background is a MUST
- Excellent English communication and CRM familiarity
- Goal-driven, resilient, and eager to grow your career
