- Conduct search to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist the Sales and Mktg. team in developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or upgrade marketing strategies.
- Provide daily support of business operations to customers.
- Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
