Job Overview
The Sales Support Associate plays a pivotal role in expanding market presence and driving client success in the field. Operating directly on-site, the Associate bridges the gap between field operations and prospective clients through proactive lead generation, hands-on product implementation, and ongoing account support. This role is responsible for onboarding new merchants, fostering strong business relationships, and delivering immediate, on-the-ground support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
- At least college level (open to undergraduate)
- Good communication skills
- 1 yr experience in Sales but FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
- Willing to do FIELD WORK around METRO MANILA
- can start ASAP
Job Description
- Lead Generation through saturation of areas
- Status checking and testing
- Help ensure product adoption and effective display
- Merchant concerns escalations
- Basic concerns handling
- Business Opportunity checking
- Basic troubleshooting handling
- Collecting Testimonials and Case Studies from Merchants
- Other tasks that may be prescribed that are still related to the main services to be rendered.
