Job Overview
We are looking for driven and goal-oriented Field Lead Associates (FLA) to generate sales and acquire new customers in assigned territories. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales experience, especially from the telecommunications industry, who are motivated by high commission earnings and field engagement.
Successful candidates can earn up to 70% commission per sale based on performance.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or College Level
- With sales experience required
- Preferably with Telco Sales background
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to do field work and area saturation
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Familiar with local areas and communities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales activities and customer acquisition
- Promote company products and services to potential clients
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Submit daily/weekly sales updates and reports
- Coordinate with team leaders regarding market opportunities and concerns
