Operations and Logistics Coordinator in Quezon City

Operations & Logistics Coordinator Location: Commonwealth Ave., Quezon City Work Setup Due to the nature of the events industry, it has operations on weekends. To support work-life balance, the company provides weekday rest days and two Sundays off per month. Key Responsibilities Operations & Logistics Coordination Plan daily delivery, pull-out, ingress, and egress schedules while maximizing vehicle and manpower utilization. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Drivers, and On-Call Teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. Monitor schedule changes and resolve operational issues promptly. Vehicle Management Monitor vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), repairs, cleanliness, and overall roadworthiness.  Coordinate vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, inspections, and insurance claims.  Ensure vehicle tools, safety equipment, and documents are complete and properly maintained. Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

• Monitor inventory movement, quality checks, and warehouse organization.
• Monitor damages and losses and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Conduct periodic inventory and asset audits.

Administrative & Process Support

• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Coordinate purchases, payments, permits, and other operational requirements.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational

efficiency.  Perform other operations-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse coordination, dispatch, or a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on weekends or holidays as operations require.
