General Manager_Quezon City_onsite

We are hiring General Manager in Tuazon, QC.

This is an onsite work setup. Scheduled visit of branches nationwide as needed. The job position is responsible for driving nationwide sales performance, productivity, and profitability across all branches by leading Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Heads and ensuring disciplined execution of sales, credit, and operational strategies. 

General Manager acts as the enterprise performance owner, translating company targets into measurable outputs (UDI, conversion, branch productivity, and profitability) while building a high-performance, accountable organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Master's degree an advantage but not required.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience. Experience working with financing company and bank sector and/or government institutions is a
  great advantage, proven experience in a managerial role.
• Must have strong decision-making capabilities, highly analytical, above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills, proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
• Must have the ability to motivate, lead people, and hold employees accountable.
• Must have strong working knowledge of operational procedures and knowledge of participatory approaches.
• Must be a people person, flexible, self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
