Weve also reached another milestone in 2023 when we expanded our business going into retail! We have a couple of stores as of today in malls such as Robinsons Manila, Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Antipolo, Ayala Malls Feliz, Ayala Vertis North, Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces and Ayala Cebu by the Bloc our first ever provincial store. Were also very excited to share that we're aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!
What You'll Do
- Assume role of Store Supervisor (if unavailable) in leading a team of self-driven members to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales and stock levels and coordinate replenishment schedules
- Monitor and analyze sales results and report findings to management
- Serve as ambassador of the brand, collect information/ feedback through customer interactions and report to the head office
What We're Looking For
- At least graduate with a college degree
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Possesses a hunger for success and strong motivation to achieve committed targets
- Knowledge with using MS tools specifically Word and Excel
- Supervisory, OIC experience in a leading retail store is essential
- Willing to work in Robinsons Magnolia, Quezon City
