Recruitment Specialist

The Role
Work with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire for office and project-based roles, while supporting core HR operations.
What You’ll Do
- End to end recruitment process;
- Post jobs and source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, referrals, job fairs, and partner schools*
- Screen resumes, run initial screenings, and coordinate interviews and skills tests
- Check references, track candidates in our ATS, and prepare job offers
- Keep candidates updated at every stage
- Run new hire onboarding and process government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Maintain 201 files and support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Meet with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates welcome; HR or recruitment internship experience is a plus
- Strong English and Filipino communication skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and social media
- Organized, curious, and able to handle multiple open roles
- Willing to work onsite in BGC
